Le Vanille began at a corner table and a used oven, intent on making food that felt like coming home. Over time our small counter grew into a neighbourhood rhythm: morning pies for workers, afternoon slices for tea, and made-to-order cakes for lifetimes of small celebrations. Each recipe kept its original purpose — simple, honest nourishment — while our craft sharpened around texture, spice, and a signature hand-crimped crust.
